Bruce Hatfield
Bruce K. Hatfield joined Central Illinois Bank on July 23, 2007 as Executive Vice President in charge of Commercial Lending.  Mr. Hatfield has an extensive background in community banking which began with his first banking position in 1976.  He then joined a new bank and spent over 22 years working with that financial institution in Tolono, Urbana, Champaign, Mahomet, and Bloomington. His career has involved personal and mortgage lending, branch management, and commercial lending.  Prior to joining Central Illinois Bank he was Senior Vice President in charge of Commercial Lending at a location in Bloomington, Illinois

Mr. Hatfield is well known throughout the Champaign County area and over the years has been very involved in the communities he served.  He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University. 

Jerry Nutt
Jerry W. Nutt is Vice President, responsible for business development and managing customer relationships. Originally from Kankakee, Jerry has been in the banking industry since 1992. Jerry has returned to Peoria where he worked in the banking industry for 6 years in the late 1990’s before relocating to the Rockford market. During that time he has gained experience in deposit and operational areas, consumer lending, mortgage lending, investment sales, branch and regional sales management, small business/commercial lending, cash/treasury management.

The breadth and range of Jerry’s experience in the industry have provided him with the exposure necessary to provide business solutions that help his customers to meet and overcome the challenges that they face, enhance the current services that are in place, and take advantage of opportunities as they are discovered.

Lisa Mullins
Lisa R. Mullins joined Central Illinois bank recently as Vice President, responsible for business development and managing customer relationships. Lisa’s 15 years of banking experience serves her well in advising the bank’s customers on financial matters. Originally from Galesburg, Illinois, Lisa returns home to central Illinois after having worked as a commercial loan officer in Santa Barbara, California for the past 8 years. Lisa’s commercial lending expertise ranges from commercial lines of credit, to equipment loans, to commercial construction loans, to commercial real estate loans.  

Lisa has been active in civic, business and private organizations throughout her working career and remains active in business and professional organizations.  She is a graduate of Illinois State University in Normal.

Matt Parson
Matt Parson, Vice President and Commercial Lending Market Manager for Bloomington-Normal, joined Central Illinois Bank in 2006.  Matt oversees all aspects of the bank’s commercial banking activities for the Bloomington-Normal market.
 
With over 10 years in the lending field, Matt knows that in addition to product, it takes excellent customer service skills to get the job done in the highly competitive commercial lending environment.  He is an expert in all areas of commercial lending and especially enjoys working in the field to help his customers’ businesses flourish.  Matt believes that both simple and complex commercial banking needs can be quickly met through an honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable approach.  He believes that you treat clients as family and that you should use your talents and expertise to be an active, knowledgeable adviser to help the company grow and succeed.
 
Matt has been active in various civic and charitable organizations throughout his career, including the United Way, Special Olympics, and W.D. Boyce Boy Scouts Council.  The Clinton native holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Knox College in Galesburg. 

Nicole Nolte
Nicole Nolte is a Private Banking Officer/Mortgage Originator at our East Peoria branch. Ms. Nolte began her career in the banking industry after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Kansas State University. Upon graduation she worked as a commercial credit analyst before finding her niche in the mortgage lending division. “What I enjoy most about my position with Central Illinois Bank, quite simply, is helping people. With more than six years of mortgage lending experience, I have the knowledge and experience to educate people and provide them quality personal service. Ms. Nolte is a member of the Peoria Area Association of Realtors® and Women’s Council of Realtors.

Dan Grieser
Dan Grieser, a native of Champaign County, joined Central Illinois Bank in 1998 as a Personal Banker at the Urbana facility.  He then spent time as Branch Manager of three other Central Illinois Bank facilities in the Champaign-Urbana market, gaining experience in retail banking, consumer lending, and operations.  Dan joined the Commercial Lending team in early 2007 as an Assistant Vice President, with responsibilities for all areas of commercial banking.  Dan’s familiarity with the local market and with Central Illinois Bank’s customers allows him to provide the personal service that our customers deserve. 

Dan is active in several local civic and business organizations.  He is a graduate of Illinois State University, and resides in the Fisher area.

Ellen Reinhart

Central Illinois Bank, Champaign, Illinois, is pleased to announce that Ellen Reinhart has rejoined Central Illinois Bank as Vice President of Mortgage Lending, serving the Champaign-Urbana, Danville and Monticello areas. Ellen has over twenty years of mortgage lending experience and was previously with Central Illinois Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer from 1996 to 2004.
